State Government Policy Drafting
Awarded the work order to consult and draft the Tamil Nadu AVGC-XR Policy, a framework designed to support the growth of the Animation, Visual Effects, Games, Comics and Extended Reality industries through financial incentives, sectoral promotion, talent development reforms and dedicated workspace & production infrastructure.
Federal Government Policy Consultations
Regularly consult with the Government of India across areas including regulatory clarity, taxation, customs processes, ease of doing business, consumer protection, incubation, grants, education & skill development programs, and the National AVGC-XR Policy.
Regulatory Advocacy
Led four country-wide industry advocacy efforts that brought together 80 video game companies and resulted in the legislative and regulatory distinction between video games and real-money games/iGaming as reflected in the Promotion & Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.
GDAI Governing Council
Our Founder is a Governing Council Member at the Game Developers Association of India (GDAI), the national industry body that organizes the India Game Developer Conference (IGDC).
